Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Whisperly account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open Whisperly and go to the You tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Pass the grown-up check (a quick maths question that confirms a parent is present), then confirm.
The grown-up check must be solved before deletion can begin, so a child cannot remove the account on their own. Once you confirm, your account, every child profile, and all generated stories are removed right away.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@whisperly.qzz.io from the address on your account. We process these requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in (email / Google / Apple).
- All child profiles and their preferences.
- Every generated story, cover, and listening history.
- Any subscription record held on our side.
We do not retain a copy after deletion, except where a limited record is required by law (for example, a payment receipt held by the app store, which we do not control).
