Email us from your account address with the subject "Delete my account". We remove your account and associated data within 30 days.

Audio won't play? Check your connection — audiobooks stream over the internet. Try Wi-Fi if you're on a weak signal.

Lost your progress? "Continue listening" syncs to your account; make sure you're signed in on the device.
