Audiobooks and artwork in Whisperly are provided for personal, non-commercial listening. You may not download, redistribute, or reproduce content except as the app allows.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Whisperly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
