By using Whisperly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

The account holder must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their country, if higher). Whisperly is built for parents to set up for their children. By creating a child profile, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and that you consent to Whisperly generating personalized stories for them.

Parental responsibility

As the parent or guardian, you are responsible for choosing and managing the content settings for each child profile, including the themes, characters, and stories you allow. You decide what is appropriate for your child and can change these settings at any time. Please supervise younger children while they use the app.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, access other users' data, or use it unlawfully. Do not use the story generation features to create content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate, and do not try to bypass the safeguards we put in place to keep generated content child-friendly.

AI-generated content

Stories, scripts, narration, and artwork in Whisperly are generated by artificial intelligence based on the prompts and preferences in your account. Because this content is machine-generated, it may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or not to your taste. We ask that you, as the parent or guardian, review generated stories before playing them for your child and use the controls in the app to guide what gets created. You are responsible for deciding what is suitable for your child.

Content

Audiobooks and artwork in Whisperly are provided for personal, non-commercial listening. You may not download, redistribute, or reproduce content except as the app allows.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SleepyLama Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
